Preparing For Photo / Video shoot
Preparing your home for a photo shoot is a collaborative effort between the real estate agent and the homeowner. Our photographers do not undertake cleaning or staging services before capturing the images. While we may offer recommendations for minor adjustments when necessary, the expectation is that the home should be photo-ready when we arrive, and we will photograph it in its current condition. Taking the initiative to prepare in advance of our arrival is crucial to achieving the optimal results.
